OSTDB is provided as an open, read-only database. We currently do not require or support user accounts. You may browse and search game soundtracks freely.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Do not scrape the Service in a way that harms performance or violates laws.

We accept soundtrack submissions through a third-party form provider (Tally.so). By submitting data to OSTDB, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or modify any submitted information at our sole discretion. Submitted metadata is displayed as part of the public database.

Our core functionality relies on external services and APIs, primarily Spotify and IGDB (Internet Game Database). Your use of audio previews and external links is subject to Spotify's user terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party platforms.

OSTDB claims no ownership over the game metadata, music, soundtrack names, or related cover arts. All trademarks, logos, and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

The OSTDB website codebase, specific design assets (like our logo), and curated dataset structure are the property of the operator.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
